Howard Stahler is a independant Transport Consultant based in Manchester and has over 30 years' experience in the transport and distribution industry, culminating in 15 years as the Transport Manager/CPC holder for a large Manchester based company responsible for all contracts operations with over 60 LGV vehicles and 75 staff.

Howard has vast experience and specialises in compliance requirements, Public Inquiries, operator licensing (O'Licensing) and an extensive understanding of the surrounding rules and regulations.
